ABOUT SARAH…

My name is Sarah -Louise Gustafson, my business is Called AURTISTIC ,I am a creative wellbeing practitioner and I work across Liverpool in local schools, community groups, youth centres , elderly homes , Mens/Womens groups , children’s centres ect , and teach all ages numerous wellbeing creative strategies , as well as mental health awareness, ADHD, AUTISM awareness, mindfulness, Art lessons, as well as delivering my bespoke courses and workshops. Feedback from my materials is outstanding, showing evidence in positive mental wellbeing increasing in numerous ways. I also have ADHD and Autism myself and use these as a tool to really fuel my materials through personal experiences, this helps me really relate to others , and deliver my courses in a unique way.

Using my own unique range of creative practises, I encourage personal development, and enhance mental and physical wellbeing.
